1. About these terms

These terms apply when you use hidara-leather.netlify.app or place a pre-order or send us a question. By using the site, you accept them. Please also read our privacy and cookie policy and our delivery and returns policy.

2. Who we are

Hidara is a Pakistani business selling leather purses, bags, belts and wallets online. You can contact us using the contact form.

3. Pre-orders and payment

• Every Hidara order is a pre-order. Placing one is free, and you choose how to pay at checkout: cash on delivery, JazzCash, Easypaisa, bank transfer or debit or credit card.
• We do not take money, card numbers or wallet PINs on this website. For online payment, we send you a payment request, our bank details or a secure card payment link after we confirm your order.
• We confirm every pre-order by phone or email, including the item, colour, size, final price and delivery date. A contract is made when we confirm and you accept.
• Cash on delivery: please pay the courier the confirmed amount when your parcel arrives, and check the parcel before you pay.
• Online payment: we dispatch once your payment is received. If we cannot fulfil your order, we refund you in full within 7 working days.
• You can cancel a pre-order at any time before dispatch by replying to our message or using the contact form.

4. Prices

Prices are shown in Pakistani rupees (PKR) and are launch prices. Delivery costs are shown in your bag and on the delivery page. Prices may change before we confirm a pre-order, and we will always tell you the final price before you pay.

5. Product information and photos

We describe each piece as accurately as we can, including its material, size and colours. Some photos on this site are illustrative stock images that show the style of the piece. Natural leather varies, so grain, texture and colour can differ slightly from piece to piece.

6. Delivery, returns and your rights

When orders open, delivery and returns will work as set out in our delivery and returns policy, including 14-day returns. Nothing in these terms affects your legal rights as a consumer under the consumer protection law of your province, for example the Punjab Consumer Protection Act 2005, the Sindh Consumer Protection Act 2014 or the Islamabad Consumer Protection Act 1995.

7. Using this website

• Please do not misuse the site, for example by sending spam through the forms or trying to break its security.
• The Hidara name, logo and text on this site belong to Hidara. Stock photos belong to their owners and are used under their licences.
• We try to keep the site available and accurate, but we cannot promise it will always be error-free.

8. Our responsibility to you

We are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of us breaking these terms. We are not responsible for loss that was not foreseeable, or for business losses. We do not exclude liability where it would be unlawful to do so.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date below shows when they last changed.

10. Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. You can also bring a complaint to the consumer court for the district where you live.
